Information
This proposal was for a development of 183 residential units (25 affordable) with buildings up to eight storeys and approx. 5,000 sq.ft. of retail space on the ground floor. Having an area of 1.5 acres, this site had previously been an industrial estate in multi-ownership and was well connected being close to Walthamstow High Street and St James Street Station. Having been identified for redevelopment and regeneration in the Walthamstow Town Centre Area Action Plan, detailed planning consent was granted by Waltham Forest's Planning Committee in April 2016.
