Information
Planning permission was granted by the London Borough of Merton in September 2016 on what had been an industrial site in multi-occupation. Although the site had historically been designated by the local authority as a protected employment site, detailed planning consent was eventually granted for 32 one and two bed flats and eleven 3 bed houses, 40% of which were affordable, with the site ultimately being delivered in collaboration with a leading Housing Association.
