FELTHAM, LB HOUNSLOW
Information
Metropolitan & Suburban, in collaboration with a large UK listed housebuilder, were involved in the development of 120 new homes in central Feltham, of which 40% will be affordable. The site is immediately adjacent to an attractive waterway and also overlooks open space and originally consisted of an under-used council-owned car park with adjoining privately-owned houses and a working men's club and which were all amalgamated into a single developable site. Planning consent was granted in July 2018 and the development is now completed completed.
