SOUTHALL, LB EALING
This proposal is being undertaken collaboratively and in joint venture partnership with LB Ealing and involves the creation of approximately 570 new residential units (50% affordable) along with new commercial and community space and new public realm. Having an area of 5.54 acres (2.25 hectares), the site is located approx. 300 metres from Southall (Crossrail) Station and lies within a Mayoral Housing Zone and currently comprises a Council-owned car park along with various industrial and commercial units in multi-ownership. Detailed masterplanning and pre-planning studies were undertaken in consultation with the GLA and LB Ealing prior to Peabody Housing Association being selected as delivery partners after an OJEU competition. It is currently anticipated that planning consent will be granted during third quarter 2021.
